Policies

*Essex Park allows a 15 minute grace period after confirmed appointment time. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and non-refundable $25 cancelation fee will be attached to your account. This fee will be required to book a further time slot. There are services that require a non-refundable deposit that must be paid in order to secure your appointment time. This deposit will be applied to your service.
